How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped by USPS. Note: Items may sometimes be shipped from different warehouses to minimize delays.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. (Unless stated otherwise)

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

*This doesn’t include our 2-5 day processing time. This chart is only an estimate of shipping times. Delays may occur due to holidays or customs. Some countries may take up to 60 – 90 days in certain rare situations. “Flash Sale” items could take around 4 – 8 weeks to deliver depending on where you’re located. “Flash Sale” items do not come with a tracking number. 

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information, but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not always available.

My tracking says “No information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 5-7 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

How do I track my order?

Tracking numbers are included in your shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, you may use the below links to track down your parcel(s).
